Monmouth University is proud to announce that Katelyn Harodetsky, a senior music education major, recently received an award from the National Association for Music Education (NAfME)’s Music Education Journal (MEJ) Centennial Collegiate Essay Contest.
Katelyn Harodetsky, a NAfME member, was awarded an honorable mention for her essay titled, “The Future of Music Educator’s Journal: How Should It Change?” Harodetsky received a monetary award, and excerpts of her essay will be published in Music Education Journal or on the NAfME Web site. She resides in Manville, NJ.
