Join certified health & fitness coach and alumna Kelly Mahoney ’11, for a 45 minute nutrition seminar and virtual workout! Kelly will review the basics of proper nutrition to help you feel your best this year! And don’t forget to wear your workout gear and bring your water! Kelly will take you through a body-weight only workout. This workout can be done by all fitness levels as Kelly will demonstrate the movements to be modified to meet your current fitness level.
