Neurodiversity Brain Collective (NBC) Interest Group Presents: Express Yourselves!

The NBC will have an interest meeting, with the theme of distressing and expressing oneself. This will include using sensory strategies, verbal and written expression, and other forms of emotional release via mindfulness strategies.
