This year the UCI will present its highest honor, the National Champion of the Ocean Award, to Dr. Biliana Cicin-Sain, Director of the Gerard J. Mangone Center for Marine Policy at the University of Delaware, and Barry Gold, Environmental Program Director for the Walton Family Foundation.
