Rajnarind Kaur joined the Leon Hess Business School at Monmouth University as an Adjunct Professor in 2021.

She graduated from Ocean Township High School and earned her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics (concentration in Finance), Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology, and Minor in Mathematics from Rutgers College, Rutgers University. 

Professor Kaur also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focusing on Strategy, Finance and Leadership, from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

She began her career at 60 Wall Street travelling extensively with JPMorgan, then moved to Credit Suisse, returned to JPMorgan Chase, came full circle back to 60 Wall Street with Deutsche Bank, and was a Global Head at Prudential Financial. She is an author, voice-over artist, and entrepreneur who is passionate about having an impact and making a difference.
