Patricia Sciscione, Ph.D., is an associate professor at Monmouth University’s School of Nursing and Health Studies. She earned her Ph.D. from Seton Hall University and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Kean University. She is also a certified school nurse. Sciscione’s clinical specialty areas include emergency nursing and school nursing. Her research interests include care of adults with intellectual disabilities and healthcare issues of adults living with chronic neurological disorders.
