Dr. Pamela Nathan is currently serving in her third year as the assistant superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction for the Freehold Township School District in Freehold, New Jersey. Prior to this role, she served as the district supervisor for Special Education in Freehold Township School District and as an elementary and middle school building administrator in Union County, North Carolina. In 2012, Dr. Nathan earned her doctoral degree from Wingate University in North Carolina. She has previously facilitated graduate level courses on using data to drive decision making amidst change and how to iterate and design future thinking schools and systems were the focus. Dr. Nathan was selected to present “Using Data to Lead Amidst Constant Change” at the 2015 NJASA Spring Conference. In addition, she has co-presented at numerous national Education Leadership Conferences to share the work and framework collaboratively created to lead change in a high performing district.
