Pamela Nathan, Ph.D., is an adjunct professor in the Department of Educational Counseling and Leadership and currently serves as the assistant superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction at the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District. She previously held titles of assistant superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction and district supervisor for Special Education at the Freehold Township School District in New Jersey, and as an elementary and middle school building administrator in Union County, North Carolina. In 2012, Nathan earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Wingate University in North Carolina.

Nathan has presented at numerous national education leadership conferences to share the work and framework collaboratively created to lead change in a high performing district, including: the 2015 Monmouth County Round Table Professional Development Day; 2015 NJASA/NJAPSA Spring Leadership Conference; 2016 CITE (California IT in Education) Conference; 2016 Mid- Atlantic Conference on Personalized Learning; 2016 & 2017 Personalized Learning Summit; 2017 & 2019 AASA Women’s Leadership Conference; 2018 Techspo Technology Expo; 2018 ASU+GSV Conference; 2019 NCSM (National Council of Supervisors of Mathematics); and 2019 Southwest PLearn Conference. With a passion for change leadership, Nathan facilitates graduate and doctoral level courses and provides strategic planning consultation for school district leaders.
