Janine O’Shea, MSN, RN-BC

Janine O’Shea has 30+ years of experience as a nurse. Starting out in 1991, she received her BSN from the College of New Rochelle, New Rochelle, New York. Throughout her career, O’Shea has worked at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, starting out in trauma and ICU. While working in the ICU, O’Shea served as a staff nurse and assistant nurse manager. She then worked on a neuro step down unit as an ANM. O’Shea then took a position as the administrative supervisor, her current role at this time.

In 2017, O’Shea continued her schooling and received her Nursing Education MSN from Monmouth University. She has taught as an adjunct at Brookdale Community College and Monmouth University since receiving her master’s degree.
