Harry Dellane, Psy.D., is an organizational psychologist and educator with over 25 years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational consulting. At Monmouth University, he teaches “Industrial Organizational Psychology” and “Leadership and Group Processes”, designing interactive courses that emphasize applied learning through case studies, simulations, and group exercises.
In addition to his teaching, Dellane is managing principal of the Organizational Psychology Consulting Group, where he advises Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and global organizations on executive integration, talent strategy, and team effectiveness. His professional background includes senior roles at RHR International, Prudential, and Acumen, as well as service as a U.S. Army Captain.
Dellane holds a Psy.D. in organizational psychology from Rutgers University, an M.S. in HR management and organizational development from the New School for Social Research, and a B.A. in psychology from the University of Delaware. He is an active member of SIOP, the Society of Consulting Psychology, and SHRM.
