George Tepper is an Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University teaching Information Management Systems, Introduction to Business, and Principles of Management & Organizational Behavior.

He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BS degree in Business and obtained an MBA, also from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

He began his career in Information Technology at IBM as a programmer on the Programmed Airline Reservation System. He moved on to the financial industry with Irving Trust Co. There he focused on building and managing the development of financial systems. He continued in the financial applications arena at Merrill Lynch from 1991 through 2008.
