Susan Goulding is Associate Professor of English. She earned her PhD from NYU in 1995, with a focus on 18^th-century women writers and literary authority. She has published on Aphra Behn, Laetitia Pilkington, Mary Leapor, Mary Darby Robinson, and 20^th-century writer Isak Dinesen. She was an NEH summer seminar participant in 1998. Dr. Goulding has served on multiple University committees, including General Education, Sabbaticals, Enrollment, and Undergraduate Studies, and has also served the English Department as DAC, Undergraduate Program Coordinator, and, from 2012 to 2022, Department Chair.
