Robyn Salvo serves as the associate vice president of Human Resources for Monmouth University. In her role, she oversees all areas of human resources including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, human resources information systems, and federal, state and institutional HR compliance. She also is responsible for overseeing diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as the student employment program at the university.  She works collaboratively with her team to provide advice and guidance in these areas to accomplish shared goals and priorities for the university community. 

Robyn joined Monmouth University in 2006 serving in progressive leadership roles in Human Resources. Prior to joining Monmouth, she worked in human resources in areas including healthcare, telecommunications and retail, and also worked several years as an employee benefit consultant.

Robyn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from The College of New Jersey, and a Master of Business Administration at Monmouth University. She is certified as a professional in human resources with the HR Certification Institute.

Robyn is currently serving as chair of the national board of directors of the College and University Professional Association – Human Resources (CUPA-HR). She has served as an at-large member of the CUPA-HR national board since 2020. Prior to her appointment to the national board, she was an active member of the CUPA-HR New Jersey Chapter, where she served as president from 2016-2019.
