Michael Venezia has over 30+ years of insurance, reinsurance, financial management, strategic planning, systems, operations, sales & marketing, cost controlling and budgeting experience within various service driven industries.

Michael currently heads IT Finance and Global Technology Transformation. He is responsible for leading the strategy and operational effectiveness for the multiyear transformation. Key responsibilities include financial management, planning, sourcing, vendor management and lean agile office. Chief Financial spokesperson for US Specialty Insurance on all financial and administrative matters. Key role on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to M&A, budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, administration and contract negotiations.
