James has been an adjunct professor at Monmouth University for over 5 years. In his professional career, James has over 15 years of real estate valuation experience in residential, commercial, industrial and special purpose properties. Mr. Meehan’s experience covers the performance and consultation of property tax appeals, eminent domain, fair market valuations, discounted cash flow analysis & highest and best use studies. Appraisals have been prepared for various clients including government agencies, attorneys, property owners & community, regional and national banks. Additionally, he has extensive experience in appraisal review for various lenders.
