Professor McCulloch has been an adjunct professor at Monmouth University since 2005 for undergraduate and graduate special education programs. She also has been a school psychologist at Eatontown Public Schools since 1997.

Her previous professional experience includes project director/psychologist for Child Health & Progress Study 1988-2003 with publications related to effects of low birth weight on school performance and beyond. Research affiliations include the University of Pennsylvania, Michigan State University, Columbia University and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
