Research Interests

RNA Function:

  1. Creation of RNA aptamers by different SELEX (systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment) methods.
  2. Fusion of RNA aptamer modules to engineer artificial riboswitch.
  3. Bioinformatics and structural studies of the WNV (West Nile virus) UTRs (untranslated region).
