The School of Education is committed to Monmouth University’s future teachers working shoulder-to-shoulder with practicing educators on the real challenges of student learning from the very beginning of their teacher preparation program.
Therefore, the School of Education at Monmouth University will offer senior education majors a one-year teaching experience. The teaching experience starts with a semester-long clinical experience immediately before the professional internship allowing students to stay in the same classroom with the same teacher for one year.
