Almost 50 students from Monmouth University’s undergraduate and graduate programs visited New York City on Monday, March 11 for a studio taping of The Dr. Oz Show. The students whose majors included Health Studies, Nursing and Communications, among others, were able to see television professionals work behind the scenes and participated in a post-show meet and greet with Dr. Oz and a Q&A with his production staff. While in the studio, Monmouth students were able to meet MU Alumni Ashley Morris, who graduated in 2017 with a B.A. in Communication with a concentration in TV & Radio and now works on the Dr. Oz production team.
