Yoga Calm for Children

Yoga calm is an innovative child education method that melds the traditional yoga practices of mindfulness, physical activity and nervous system regulation with social skills games and counseling techniques. Participants will learn how to incorporate the use of Yoga Calm into the classroom, in a group or individual work with children.
