    2018 OPEN ENROLLMENT will begin on October 30, 2017 and run through November 17, 2017.  The effective date for benefit changes made during the Open Enrollment is January 1, 2018.  If you have a Flexible Spending Account or wish to open one you will need to make an active election as this is a benefit that requires an annual election.
