Stewardship and Donor Relations<\/h2>\n

Hans oversees the Stewardship and Donor Relations team, which supports efforts to acknowledge, retain, and grow donor support through events, communications, and personal interactions. She sets the goals, strategies, and objectives to support the Office of the President, six academic schools, centers of excellence, and functional units through stewardship initiatives and programs designed to acknowledge, retain, and grow donor support.<\/p>\n

The Stewardship and Donor Relations team collaborates with colleagues within University Advancement and across campus to provide stewardship for members of the four recognition societies \u2013 the Legacy Society (donors who have the university in their estate plans), Vision Society (donors whose cumulative giving exceeds $100,000), President\u2019s Society (donors who give $1,000+ annually), and Monmouth Loyal (consecutive donors for two or more years) \u2013 while overseeing impact reporting of gifts to support all areas of Monmouth University, scholarships, programs, athletics, and capital projects.\u00a0 Her team oversees the University\u2019s scholarship program, recognition societies, marquee events, and donor recognition ceremonies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
