The Institute for Global Understanding (IGU)'s Faculty Fellows Program is pleased to announce that its first research symposium "Global Culture: Concepts and Paradigms Revisited" will be taking place in Wilson Auditorium from Thursday, September 20 through Saturday, September 22, 2012. Scholars will present on a range of topics pertaining to globalization and changing global culture. The keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Nancy Naples, global scholar from the University of Connecticut on Friday, September 21, at 11:30 am in Wilson Auditorium. The symposium is free and open to the public.
