Call 732-923-4600, enter your Student ID and receive\/reset a password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Connect to myMU for University-wide systems or go directly to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/self-service.monmouth.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Colleague Self-Service<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ecampus.monmouth.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">eCampus<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/office.monmouth.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Student Email<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow these directions to configure email on your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/technology\/new-to-mu\/configuring-your-student-email\/\">iPhone, Android, Mac&nbsp;or Windows<\/a>&nbsp;device.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"connecting-to-wifi-or-ethernet\">Connecting to WiFi or Ethernet<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"wifi-musecure\">Wifi &#8211; MU-Secure<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Follow these directions to connect your device to the wireless networks on your&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/technology\/services\/wi-fi-information\/\">iOS,&nbsp;Android,&nbsp;Mac or&nbsp;Windows&nbsp;<\/a>device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turn off wireless feature on personal printers when not in use.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-to-connect-to-the-network-with-an-ethernet-cable\">How to: Connect to the Network with an Ethernet Cable<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Each residence hall has a BLUE port for an ethernet cable connection to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/technology\/new-to-mu\/\">MU-Secure<\/a>. Use these <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/technology\/new-to-mu\/how-to-connect-to-the-network-using-an-ethernet-cable\/\">directions<\/a>&nbsp;for your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"register-game-consoles-amp-smart-tv\">Register Game Consoles &amp; Smart TV<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>If you are living in a residence hall, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/technology\/new-to-mu\/register-your-game-console\/\">streaming devices must be registered on the MU network<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"install-office\">Install Office<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Follow these directions to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/technology\/new-to-mu\/install-office\/\">install Office<\/a> on your PC or use Office365.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"information-security-and-storage\">Information Security and Storage<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>OneDrive allows students to store assignments and other information, available via Office 365, which is located at <a href=\"https:\/\/office.monmouth.edu\/\">office.monmouth.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each student is provided 10GB of storage on University servers. Called the \u201cM:\u201d drive, it can be easily accessed through \u201cfile save as\u201d in the University labs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students bringing computers to campus should also purchase or download a free version of anti-virus software and software to eliminate malware.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"printing\">Printing<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Printing is available to all students in the University computer labs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Student Center provides 24-hour access to computers and printing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/library.monmouth.edu\">Library<\/a>, open during Library hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Students may bring a personal printer, but if it is wireless, the Wi-Fi feature must be disabled to prevent interference with the wireless network.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"emergency-notification-system\">Emergency Notification System<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Students should register for the <a href=\"https:\/\/notify.monmouth.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Emergency Notification System<\/a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;Elect to receive notifications by email, text and\/or telephone.
