This support is provided in person, via email, or over the phone.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"help-desk\">Help Desk<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The Help Desk is located in Room 357 on the third floor of Edison Hall. You can contact the Help Desk by calling <a href=\"tel:+17329234357\">(732) 923-4357<\/a> (HELP) or by emailing <a href=\"mailto:helpdesk@monmouth.edu\">helpdesk@monmouth.edu<\/a> for assistance with any aspect of Information Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normal Business Hours:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM &#8211; 9:00 PM<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"student-help-desk\">Student Help Desk<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The Student Technology Assistant Program (STAP) also maintains a <strong>Student Help Desk&nbsp;<\/strong>which offers peer-to-peer assistance to Monmouth University students with a variety of services ranging from help with cleaning viruses from their personal devices, connecting to the MU network, webpage creation, and a variety of software packages used at the University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Student Help Desk is located on the third floor of Edison Hall in Information Management.&nbsp; You can contact the Student Help Desk by calling <a href=\"tel:+17325713490\">(732) 571-3490<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"lab-assistants\">Lab Assistants<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The Student Technology Assistant Program, known as STAP, employs Federal Work Study students and graduate assistants who help fellow students with their technology needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lab Assistants in the program make certain that the computer labs and classrooms are stocked with paper and toner and that the computers and printers are in good working order.
