Summer Housing

The Office of Residential Life has housing available to students registered for classes during the summer sessions. Click to complete an online Summer Housing Application. Applications are due Friday, April 10, 2020.

Summer Housing Options:


On-Campus Residence Hall:

Housing is available in an on-campus residence hall to all students registered for summer classes. Pricing for summer 2020 housing is $250 per week. This building is a suite-style accommodation. There are four or six double occupancy bedrooms that share a common living area/room and bathroom. They are co-ed by suite.

Features:

  • Air-conditioned, tiled, blinds for the windows
  • Desks for each student
  • Cable TV, telephone, and computer access points
  • Microwave provided for food preparation in lobby
  • Vending machines located in lobby
  • Laundry machines located on each floor
  • Kitchens are available for use

Room Specifications:

  • Approx. room size: 15′ x 11′
  • Approx. window size: 4′ x 3.5′
  • Approx. closet dimensions: 6′ x 3.5′
  • Mattress size: 80″ (only twin, extra-long sheets fit the mattress)

On-Campus Apartments:

Housing will also be available in on-campus apartments. Pricing for summer 2020 apartments is $311 per week. These apartments house students in double occupancy rooms. They are reserved for students with over 56 credits as of May 7, 2020. Features:

  • Full kitchen in each apartment
  • Laundry facilities in the lower level of the building

Room Specifications:

  • Approx. living room size: 14′ x 13.5′
  • Approx. bedroom size: 10′ x 14′
  • Mattress size: 80″ (only twin, extra-long sheets fit the mattress)

Please Note:

  1. Students will be housed based on earned credits. Students with the greatest number of credits will be accommodated in the apartments first.
  2. We will do our best to accommodate roommate requests, but we cannot guarantee you will be placed with the person requested.
  3. All residence halls will close at 5 p.m. on the last day of classes.
