Sung Ju Kim, PhD, MSW began teaching at Monmouth University in 2012 as an Assistant Professor.  He teaches research and statistics.  He publishes in the area of non-profit management and worked as a social worker in a community welfare center, homeless shelter, and fundraising firm before entering his PhD program which was just completed in 2012.

Research Interests:

Areas of interest include management, leadership, fundraising, philanthropic giving, quantitative research methods and program/practice evaluation.
