Meet the Chef
Chef Patrick Cuozzo is the co-owner of FINS USA restaurant group and the curator of their unique menu. Cuozzo has been passionate about cooking since the young age of 5, when he began experimenting in the kitchen of a family-owned delicatessen. As an avid gardener and chef, he aims to introduce his audience to the experience of creating unique, refreshing dishes focused on ingredients you can procure from your own backyard garden.
