The fitness center features:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>four treadmills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>elliptical machines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>exercise bike<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>weight machine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>free weights<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>exercise balls and mats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chin-up\/pull-up\/ab station<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Students may watch one of two large-screen TVs while they workout. The Hawk\u2019s Den is open every day, 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. midnight.&nbsp; Students must use their Monmouth University ID card to enter the facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Resident Quad<\/strong> is a large lawn area located between Willow Hall and Spruce Hall. This is a great place for students to hang out, study, or take in some sun. Throughout the school year, events are held on the Resident Quad for all students to enjoy.
