The fitness center features: two treadmills elliptical machines exercise bike weight machine free weights exercise balls and mats chin-up/pull-up/ab station There are also vending machines and a laundry card machine for students to use. Students may watch one of two large screen TVs while they workout. The Hawk’s Den is open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. midnight, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. midnight. Students must show their Monmouth University ID card to enter the facility. The gym is monitored by a Residential Life staff member. The Resident Quad is a large lawn area located between Willow Hall and Spruce Hall. This is a great place for students to hang out, study, or take in some sun. Throughout the school year, events are held on the Resident Quad for all students to enjoy. Located in front of the residence halls around the quad are benches and tables for students to use.
