If you wish to receive either one, you should ask your son or daughter to submit a request. A new request needs to be made each term.<\/p>\n<p>See below for basic descriptions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enrollment Verification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An academic certification is an official document that verifies dates of attendance, award of degree, and student status (full-time or part-time) by term. It is typically requested for health insurance, visa, employment and credit verification purposes. Monmouth University reports enrollment status for all currently enrolled students to the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), an organization that provides lenders with up-to-date status on student enrollment. The NSC provides current Monmouth University students with Enrollment Verifications. Students should login to the Monmouth University Portal, <em>myMU<\/em> to request a verification through the National Student Clearinghouse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transcript:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A transcript is an official record of a student\u2019s entire academic record at Monmouth University. It reflects all coursework and grades by term. Other information on the transcript includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name as it appears in the Monmouth University student information system<\/li>\n<li>Major (if currently enrolled)<\/li>\n<li>Degree\/Certificate program (if applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Degree\/Certificate conferral date (if applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Honors earned<\/li>\n<li>G.P.A.<\/li>\n<li>Credits earned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Currently enrolled students, former students and alumni may obtain official printed or electronic copies of their transcript by submitting a request to the <a title=\"National Student Clearinghouse\" href=\"https:\/\/www.studentclearinghouse.org\/secure_area\/Transcript\/login.asp?FICEcode=00261600\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">National Student Clearinghouse.\u00a0 <\/a>These transcripts are considered official copies and can be produced on demand. <em><strong>If a transcript is immediately required, an electronic copy must be chosen by students, former students, and alumni. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome Parents!<br \/>\n \u00a0<br \/>\n We recognize that parents provide a great deal of financial and emotional support to their children while they attend Monmouth University.
