This has been a year that none of us will soon forget, and I owe a debt of gratitude for your patience and persistence as we navigated the unforeseen challenges of the past year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And we didn\u2019t just get by \u2013 we thrived \u2013 because we confronted these crises\u00a0<em>together<\/em>.
