Now for the hard part.  You said New Jersey needs a good, hard shake-up.  Here&#8217;s hoping you can do it.<\/p>\n<p>Also, kudos to Scott Rasmussen (of Ocean Grove) for the poll which most closely resembled the final election result.  Oddly enough, it was taken 5 days before the election.  I guess the lesson there is to quit while you&#8217;re ahead \ud83d\ude42   The other so-called robo-call pollsters (PPP and Survey USA) also did a good job reflecting the margin of victory (albeit while overstating Daggett&#8217;s support level by 4 to 5 points).<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll spend Wednesday updating all the exit poll stories I posted on Tuesday night, many of which were based on preliminary results.  So if you check back later, some of the numbers may have changed by a point or two.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s been a wild election with an outcome that no one expected &#8212; i.e. a 100,000 vote margin for the victor.  I&#8217;ll be examining the returns to figure out why.  But my first stop will probably be a look at the astronomical Christie vote in Monmouth and Ocean counties.
