Monmouth University\u2019s Leon Hess Business School is one of the country\u2019s best business schools according to The Princeton Review. The education services company recently named Monmouth\u2019s on-<\/a>c<\/a>ampus MBA program<\/a> to its list of\u00a0Best Business Schools for 2027<\/a>. This is Monmouth\u2019s 21st consecutive year on the annual academic roster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe are very pleased that the Leon Hess Business School has once again been recognized by The Princeton Review as one of the nation\u2019s Best Business Schools,\u201d said Nancy Uddin, Ph.D., professor and interim dean of the Leon Hess Business School. \u201cThis recognition reflects the strength of our academic programs, the dedication and accessibility of our faculty, and our commitment to providing students with a high-quality, personalized education that prepares them for successful careers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Princeton Review chose the on-campus MBA programs for 2027<\/a> based on data from its surveys in 2025\u20132026 of administrators at 245 schools offering on-campus MBAs and more than 24,250 students enrolled in the schools’ on-campus MBA programs. More than 60 data points were factored into the program selections. The survey of administrators requested data on the program academics, faculty, career services, and other topics. The survey of students<\/a> asked them to rate their program’s academics, professors, technology, student body, campus life, and other topics, as well as to report on their satisfaction with their program and their career plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students surveyed about Monmouth listed \u201clocation, convenience, competitiveness, and good professors\u201d as the primary strengths of the Leon Hess Business School, noting that \u201cadministrators and professors get to know their students on a more personal level, and are very interested in helping them achieve their academic goals.\u201d Other students shared that faculty are \u201cvery knowledgeable in their fields,\u201d and their varied industry experience \u201cgives [professors] the chance to share real-life business scenarios with students\u201d while being \u201care easy to gain access to\u201d and \u201cwilling to help.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In their profile, The Princeton Review also notes that in addition to faculty, students have access \u201cto a variety of \u2018real-world\u2019 experts\u201d through the \u201cH.R. Young Lecture Series, the Accounting Club Speakers, the Finance Club Speaker, [and] the S.B. Siegel Lecture Series.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Leon Hess Business School is accredited by AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) International, a distinction that has been earned by less than 5% of the world\u2019s business programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
