The Monmouth University men’s and women\u2019s soccer teams each received recognition with a United Soccer Coaches (USC) College Team Academic Award for the 2024-25 season<\/a>.

College Team Academic Award recipients register a composite grade point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale for all players on the roster for the 2024-25 academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“It is great to see the team continue to excel in the classroom,” said men\u2019s soccer head coach Robert McCourt. This is fantastic recognition. We are grateful for all the support we get from our Athletic Academic Resource Center.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total of 747 soccer teams (304 men, 443 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2024-25 academic year. Monmouth was one of 168 schools had both their men\u2019s and women\u2019s programs recognized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monmouth\u2019s men\u2019s soccer team posted a 3.48 team GPA during the 2024-25 academic year, while the women\u2019s team earned a 3.61 team GPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
