Monmouth University renewed its corporate sponsorship of Two River Theater in Red Bank with the production of “The Scarlet Letter<\/a>,” a new play by Kate Hamill based on Nathaniel Hawthorne’s famous novel. Monmouth students, faculty, staff, and administrators joined Two River Theater patrons and sponsors, including theater co-founder Joan H. Rechnitz, at the Feb. 9 world premiere performance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also in attendance were Amanda Klaus, vice president for University Advancement (not pictured), Kristin Bluemel, interim associate dean of the Wayne D. McMurray School of Humanities and Social Sciences; David Golland, dean of the Wayne D. McMurray School of Humanities and Social Sciences; Two River Theater Artistic Director Justin Waldman; Nora DeVeau-Rosen, Two River Theater managing director; and Richard Veit, interim provost of Monmouth University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
