{"id":40802276628,"date":"2023-09-18T16:07:52","date_gmt":"2023-09-18T20:07:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/news\/?p=40802276628"},"modified":"2023-09-22T12:14:35","modified_gmt":"2023-09-22T16:14:35","slug":"lhbs-faculty-present-at-ism-conference","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/news\/lhbs-faculty-present-at-ism-conference\/","title":{"rendered":"LHBS Faculty Present at ISM Conference"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Leon Hess Business School faculty members, Ashley Bosonac, lecturer in the department of Marketing and International Business; Anna Sadovnikova, Ph.D., assistant professor in the department of Marketing and International Business; Min Lu, DBA, associate professor in the department of Marketing and International Business; and Jennifer Brill, Ph.D., director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) and Online Instruction, participated in two panel discussions at the inaugural fall conference of <a href=\"http:\/\/internationalsocietyofmarketing.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">International Society of Marketing<\/a> (ISM) in Nashville, TN, from Sept. 10-12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The group&#8217;s presentation on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2023\/09\/Societal-Impact-of-Pedagogy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Societal Impact of Pedagogy<\/a> was chaired by Bosonac, and the presentation on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2023\/09\/ISMEdPanelBrilletalSep10-132023FINAL-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Maintaining Momentum in Advancing Teaching Excellence<\/a> was chaired by Brill with Sadovnikova and Lu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ISM, affiliated with <a href=\"https:\/\/mbaainternational.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MBAA International<\/a>, is recognized for its value of being part of a multi-disciplinary conference, promoting an interdisciplinary approach in business and marketing education.
