The event, which will explore and present new research on disability studies and the Middle Ages, is organized by the Inclusivity &amp; Diversity Committee of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.themedievalacademyblog.org\/\">Medieval Academy of America<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three papers will be presented followed by questions and discussion. Featured presenters include <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsu.edu\/hss\/english\/faculty\/faculty\/rgodden.php\">Richard Godden, Ph.D.<\/a>, assistant professor of English at Louisiana State University; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usm.edu\/faculty-directory\/profile.php?id=2204093\">Leah Parker, Ph.D.<\/a>, assistant professor of English at the University of Southern Mississippi; and <a href=\"https:\/\/miamioh.edu\/cas\/academics\/departments\/english\/about\/faculty_staff\/faculty-alphabetical\/pearman-tory\/index.html\">Tory V. Pearman, Ph.D.<\/a>, professor of English at Miami University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The webinar is free to attend but <a href=\"https:\/\/us02web.zoom.us\/webinar\/register\/WN_etDaaGnsTpeNsbFKN8RznA#\/registration\">advanced registration is required<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estes is an editor and founder of &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/wmich.edu\/medievalpublications\/journals\/ecocriticisms\">Medieval Ecocriticisms<\/a>,&#8221; a scholarly group and journal published by Medieval Institute Publications, the publishing arm of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wmich.edu\/medieval\">Medieval Institute<\/a>&nbsp;at Western Michigan University.
