The conference was hosted by Villanova University\u2019s School of Business, inviting business deans from around the country to convene and discuss this year\u2019s topic of talent retention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MAACBA&#8217;s mission is to promote and improve collegiate education for business in all areas within the jurisdiction of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools, with events geared to enable professional collaboration on ways of improving schools\u2019 accreditation, strategic planning, external relations, and curriculum innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This past summer, Devasagayam was also appointed to Woxsen University\u2019s International Advisory Board, the first of its kind.
