Monmouth University is one of the nation’s best institutions for undergraduates to earn their college degree, according to The Princeton Review. The education services company profiles and recommends Monmouth University in the 2022 edition of \"2022its annual college guide, \u201cThe Best 387 Colleges,\u201d which was released on Aug. 31. The Princeton Review has included Monmouth University in its lists of best colleges for the last 17 years.<\/p>\n

Only about 14 percent of America\u2019s 2,700 four-year colleges are profiled in the book, which is one of The Princeton Review\u2019s most popular publications. The company chooses the colleges for the book based on data it annually collects from administrators at hundreds of colleges about their institutions\u2019 academic offerings. The Princeton Review also considers data it gathers from its surveys of college students who rate and report on various aspects of their campus and community experiences for this project.<\/p>\n

Student feedback praises Monmouth University as being \u201cgreat at opening new doors for students,\u201d and also applauds the institution\u2019s responsiveness, noting \u201cif there is a problem, Monmouth staff is quick to resolve it and come to your aid.\u201d The profile also lauds foresight with numerous career- and success-minded initiatives and resources, particularly when it comes to tutoring or writing services.<\/p>\n

“We salute Monmouth University for its outstanding academics and we are truly pleased to recommend it to prospective applicants searching for their personal \u2018best-fit\u2019 college,\u201d said Robert Franek, The Princeton Review’s editor-in-chief and lead author of \u201cThe Best 387 Colleges.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additional student perspectives about finding a good fit include, \u201cGreek life is the best experience of my college career. I was able to make amazing connections and develop leadership skills.\u201d There are plenty of opportunities to connect with students outside of the classroom given that \u201cpeople work out a lot\u201d at facilities like \u201cbasketball courts, a swimming pool, and a bowling alley,\u201d or just plain attend the athletic events, where there \u201cis always a great, energized student crowd.\u201d Of course, there\u2019s far more than just athletics here, and as examples of how you can find \u201ca club for most interests,\u201d students list things from debate and model UN to the 5678 Dance Club, psychology club, and even a \u201cstudent-run record label.\u201d<\/p>\n
