DAVID PAUL RECEIVE BEST PAPER IN TRACK AWARD AT INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text\">Dr. Michaeline Skiba and Dr. David Paul received a Best Paper Award in the Human Resource Management in Health Care Track of the Business and Health Administration Association\u2019s (BHAA\u2019s) 2012 conference in Chicago, Illinois. The paper\u2019s title was \u201cHas Gender Equity Improved? An Examination of the Challenges Faced by Professional Women in Leadership.\u201d Drs. Skiba and Paul are professors in the Leon Hess Business School at Monmouth University.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">The BHAA is one of 12 professional groups with over 700 active members that comprise the MBAA International.
