Damaschke was nominated by two of her student workers, Ryan Murphy and Tyler Bischoff.\u00a0 Tyler Bischoff, student coordinator for First Year Student Retention, stated, \u201cWorking with Susan as my supervisor has been one of the greatest experiences of my college career due to Susan\u2019s ability to teach, advise, and encourage students to be leaders on campus.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Supervisor of the Year Program is a regional program that begins at an institutional level and progresses to the regional level.\u00a0 Each year, the Northeast Association of Student Employment Administrators (NEASEA) look to colleges across to region to nominate supervisors who they feel are especially worthy of recognition.\u00a0 The Northeast had submissions from eleven schools including University of Maine, Johns Hopkins University, Stevenson University, Rutgers University, and Harvard University.<\/p>\n
