Taylor, president &amp; CEO of Matrix Development Group, will receive the prestigious Leadership Excellence Award\u00a0 and Ted Zangari, Esq., chair of the Redevelopment Law &amp; Public Policy Practice Groups at the Sills Cummis &amp; Gross law firm, will receive the Institute&#8217;s first Service to the Industry Award.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Taylor formed Matrix Development Group in 1981 at the age of twenty-four. \u00a0He is responsible for growing Matrix from its initial 2,000 acre Exit 8A investment in New Jersey into one of the most successful full-service real estate investment companies in the industry operating throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. \u00a0Over the years, the company has developed more than 20 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and residential properties. \u00a0Mr. Taylor has received countless awards and recognition for its leadership in the industry, charitable efforts as well as its leading business practices.<\/p>\n<p>A business\u00a0attorney specializing in commercial real estate transactions, Mr. Zangari is being recognized by the Institute\u00a0for his leadership of the Smart Growth Economic Development Coalition.
