{"id":3337,"date":"2023-05-23T15:33:44","date_gmt":"2023-05-23T19:33:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/mupd\/?page_id=3337"},"modified":"2023-05-24T15:48:11","modified_gmt":"2023-05-24T19:48:11","slug":"tu-visa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/mupd\/tu-visa\/","title":{"rendered":"T&amp;U Visa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>It is the policy of the Monmouth University Police Department to deal with the immigrant community in compliance with\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.state.nj.us\/lps\/dcj\/agguide\/directives\/ag-directive-2018-6_v2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">New Jersey Attorney General Directive 2018-6<\/a><\/em>.\u00a0Victims of qualifying crimes of criminal activity or human trafficking may be able eligible for a\u00a0U Visa\u00a0or\u00a0T Visa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aliens or their representatives seeking certification for a U Visa or T Visa will be referred to the Detective Bureau.
