The Military Bridge Program<\/strong> serves as a transitional semester for veterans wishing to attend Monmouth as an undergraduate<\/strong> <\/strong>student. This is our way of way of thanking those who honorably served.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under this program, you are able to bypass normal admission requirements (such as SATs), and are granted one provisional, non-matriculating semester at Monmouth. After achieving the required grade point average, students will then reapply and be accepted as a degree-seeking student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Military Bridge students are not eligible for federal financial aid while they are in provisional student status, but may use their Post 9\/11 GI Bill\u00ae or other VA education benefits. For students who are not eligible for any veterans\u2019 benefits, the Military Bridge Program grants tuition assistance in the amount of\u00a0$100 per credit\u00a0to help offset tuition during the provisional semester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students in the Military Bridge Program will be required to take a minimum of six credits from a selection of courses from the University\u2019s general education curriculum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students must achieve a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.25 in order to matriculate into a degree-granting program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
