Todd Palladino <\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

TODD PALLADINO \u201996 <\/strong>worked as a cameraman at his seventh Olympics. He filmed the opening and closing ceremonies as well as the prime-time segment with anchor Mike Tirico, which highlighted the day\u2019s most newsworthy plays and was watched nightly by 25 to 28 million Americans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A freelance camera operator since 1998, Palladino\u2019s extensive portfolio includes work in sports, music, and entertainment for such organizations as Major League Baseball and NBC. A founding member of Monmouth\u2019s HawkTV and its first-ever anchor, Palladino credits the University for helping launch his career. \u201cIt was exciting to have a conduit from what we were learning in class to doing our own thing,\u201d he says. Palladino also contributed to WMCX and The Outlook, honing skills that would shape his professional success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greg Mescall<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

GREG MESCALL \u201903 <\/strong>served as the press officer for the USA Water Polo team at his fifth Olympics. In this role, he managed interviews, photography, and social media, crafting the team\u2019s public image while engaging in his passions for writing, announcing, and creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mescall\u2019s career spans various sports, including play-by-play announcing for basketball, soccer, and snowboarding, with work for Fox Sports and the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. At Monmouth, he gained leadership experience as WMCX\u2019s general manager, sports editor for The Outlook, and host of HawkTV\u2019s sports show, crediting a Voice and Diction class for improving his professionalism. He discovered water polo while pursuing a master\u2019s in education at Wagner College, a chance encounter that shaped his career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Erik Massimino<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

ERIK MASSIMINO \u201915 <\/strong>worked as a live electronic graphics technical operator for NBC at his fourth Olympics. Based at NBC\u2019s production headquarters on the East Coast, he was responsible for controlling graphics during nonstop commercial breaks, ensuring seamless broadcasts to millions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A five-time Emmy-nominated digital media professional, Massimino\u2019s career includes founding Black Swallowtail Studios, a production company dedicated to expanding the digital media landscape and serving as a community resource. His early involvement at Monmouth paved the way for his success; by his first semester, he was producing HawkTV\u2019s sports show, earning 11 national awards for his college work and building the foundation for his impressive career. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
