In the review and the conduct of research, actions by MU will be guided by the ethical principles in the Belmont Report, all applicable university policies and procedures, and international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as confirmed and documented in MU\u2019s HRPP Policy and HRPP Standard Operating Procedures.\n<p>Monmouth University operates under a Federal-Wide Assurance filed with the Federal Office for the Protection of Human Subjects (OHRP), FWA #00008781, IRB# 00004374.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/irb\/documents\/determination-of-human-subjects-research.docx\/\">Determination of Human Subjects Research Checklist\u00a0<\/a><\/h3>\n<p><em>Not sure if your study is considered Human Subjects Research? Use this checklist to help determine if you need to complete an IRB application.
