Additionally, we aim to build allyship and understanding across differences.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, the IC promotes university-wide shifts towards diversity, inclusion, and respect by fostering a sense of shared responsibility for enacting equity within our diverse community of students, faculty, staff, administration, neighbors, and alumni. We do this through policy\/practice consultation, campus climate assessment, professional development, grant-making\/co-sponsorships, committee service, and general collaboration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Intercultural Center reports to the Office of the President &#8211;
