These hardware services can be accessed every 24 months. To access a list of participating providers check the <a href=\"https:\/\/davisvision.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Davis Vision<\/a> web site.<\/p>\n<p>Out-of-network benefits for vision services are also available through Horizon (Davis Vision).
