Monmouth University offers supplemental life insurance coverage to eligible full-time employees on the first of the month following 30 days of full-time continuous employment. <\/p>\n
If an employee enrolls within 30 days of eligibility, a physical is not required, and the carrier cannot refuse enrollment. An employee can waive life insurance coverage and apply at a later date. However, the employee must complete an evidence of insurability form <\/em>that accompanies the late applications.
