    Go to the member portal sign-in page<\/a> and select \u201cRegister Now\u201d. Enter your name, date of birth, and zip code to create your account login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong> once registered, you can login via the app with the same login information.<\/p>\n\n\n

    • As of Jan. 1, 2025, Horizon Care Online will no longer be available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Family members living in the same household can utilize the HealthiestYou benefit at no charge, even if they are not enrolled in the employee\u2019s medical coverage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Spouses and dependents over the age of 18, must register their own account using a separate email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
